Next Board Meeting: November 19th, 7:00 PM, in the Clubhouse Agenda

Parking Permits are available at the clubhouse or on-line. Please remind your guests that there is only one parking space reserved for your unit at the building. A second vehicle may be parked at the rear of the lot adjacent to your building or between the buildings. A third vehicle may be temporarily parked at the Clubhouse after obtaining a permit.

Comcast Rewire: Soon, all coaxial cable in Dillon Valley East will be replaced with cable feeds from the exterior of the buildings. Your cooperation to allow admittance and move furniture away from cable wall outlets is requested.

Building Painting: The following buildings will be painted before winter: D, E, F, G, H, I, J, AA.

Towed Vehicles: If your vehicle is towed for any reason, you may claim it at:

Patio Fences may now be built by owners of ground level units

Satellite Dish Applications are available here and at the clubhouse.

Pets – Only owners may have one pet. The pet must be registered with the Clubhouse. Owners or tenants having multiple pets will receive an immediate $50.00 fine with fines escalating to $200.00 per day.
