Patio Fences
Owners of ground level units may install patio fences around their area following the specifications provided below. The specifications "must" be followed closely. Failure to adhere to the specifications will require the owner to either rebuild or remove their fence in a timely manner. Please refer to the drawings for a technical outline of fence building.
The Association, Board of Managers, and Architectural Control Committee reserve the right to revise the specifications at any time for any reason.
Patio Fence Application
Print a copy and submit to the clubhouse for approval by the Architectural
Control Committee.
