Basic Property Management provides in-unit maintenance for emergencies. All requests for minor in-unit maintenance will be addressed when normal maintenance and workload allow. Basic Property Management Inc. has the right to refuse in-unit maintenance based on the skill level required, time required and safety of personnel. Basic Property Inc. will not enter a property where only a minor is present.

Charge for in-unit maintenance is $45.00 per hour, 1-hour minimum. Parts are provided at cost.
